This book is very beautiful and has a very important message. The story is about a little turtle and her lobster friend. One day they go to explore the coral reef, it is awesome and full of beautiful creatures, but there is a plastic patch that is more dangerous than any shark. The little turtle gets lost and ends up wrapped up in plastic. Thankfully the lobster friend is able to cut the plastic with its claws and set the turtle free. They end up going to see the sunset on the beach and write down a very important message on the sand, asking humans to stop with pollution. The story is very nice with a clear and important message. The illustrations are gorgeous, colorful, bright, very professional and beautiful. I strongly recommend this book for any child.
MISSION-E: The Kangaroo
This book is about a little girl who has a kangaroo friend. This kangaroo is sneaky. He plays nice with people, but then he steals their stuff when they are not watching. The little girl and the kangaroo go to a friend’s house, there will be a celebration of kangaroo’s birthday. But once again he steals the presents and the cake. The kids call the police and an investigation starts to find who stole all the stuff. The main suspect is Emily, the girl from the beginning of the story, but in the end, they find out who the real thief is… This story is very entertaining! There is a bit of everything in there, fun, suspense, silliness, excitment…all great ingredients for kids to have a great time reading. The illustrations are my favorite part of it all, Kieron is an amazing artist and was able to create very unique and interesting characters, they are full of dynamic and so expressive. The style reminds us of the golden years of Disney cartoons like WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT. I absolutely love this book and its amazing liveliness. I strongly recommend it!
Penny Positive: the gloom, the gift, & the glow (Heads Up)
This story is about a girl who finds herself gloomy sometimes, focusing on the negative things. But then she is offered magical glasses. When she puts them on she can see the positive side of things. After wearing them for a while she can see that there are always positive things one can focus on instead of the negative. In the end, she doesn’t need the glasses anymore, she learned to focus on the good side of life and doesn’t need help. Then, she passes on her magical glasses to other people who need them. This story is nice and does a good job of teaching kids that staying happy and positive is something we can all do and that we bear responsibility for how we feel and choose to look at things. The illustrations are nice. The main character’s pink hair and fun clothes are very cute and reliable for children.

A very cute book that teaches children what it takes to achieve your goals and be fit and healthy. Little Sue starts off as a bit lazy, sitting on the couch all day. But when the school announces a race, she wants to be the winner. Because of her lazy habits, she is not prepared to win but her dad helps her and teaches her what it takes to be ready: Exercise, healthy food, good sleep, fun and to be persistent. A To Z Is Fun To Say And See
A cute ABC book. It has fun rhymes for every letter and the illustrations have a playful style that reminds me a bit of Dr. Seuss Imaginary.
My son is 6 and is learning the ABC’s. He thought the book was funny and engaging.
This is a nice way to help your kid learn the letters.

A very cute story about a little girl who can’t open a jar. She asks her mom and dad to open it, but they tell her that they believe she can do it alone.
Then we follow her as she tries very hard to open the jar in many different, funny ways. Finally, she does it. Mom and dad are proud and we have a happy ending.
This story is quite nice to teach kids to be persistent, not quit and be independent.
The formatting could improve a bit, but the illustrations have a nice naif style.
I enjoyed reading this book!
A Duffler Daydream
This is a very nice book that incentives kids to use their imagination to have fun and make the best out of every situation.
This story happens in the clouds, where everything is made of clouds, even the characters. Suzie is a little girl, and she and her family are going for a picnic.
On their way, Suzie decides she prefers to go to the rainbow park instead and becomes a bit frustrated because mom tells her they must go to the picnic. Her mom tries to help her by telling her to use her imagination, so she can enjoy the picnic. Suzie tries it, and she goes into a fun adventure with the picnic blanket. She imagines the blanket flies and takes her to many different places. She comes back when is time for eating a sandwich, and she is very happy. Suzie discovered the power of imagination and how to have fun wherever she is.
The story is fun and engaging for kids and the illustrations are very nice, clear and fun. I especially love the concept of having a story all up in the clouds with everything made of cloud. It is very unusual, cool and interesting. I definitely recommend this book!
